Senior AI-Enabled Software Engineer

We are seeking a Senior AI-Enabled Software Engineer to operate as the production-quality counterweight inside a Colombia-based AI Pod. Your specialty is reviewing, hardening and shipping AI-drafted code at production quality — closing the loop between AI generates and production accepts. You also write code, but your distinctive value to the pod is rigorous quality engineering: catching what the AI misses, embedding tests and observability and ensuring AI-augmented velocity doesn't come at the cost of long-term maintainability.

Responsibilities

• Lead code review for AI-drafted output: correctness, security, performance, maintainability, architectural alignment
• Develop production-quality software using AI coding agents as authoring tools
• Embed automated tests (unit, integration, contract, end-to-end) into the delivery pipeline
