Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition (Investments)

We are seeking a Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition to support front‑office investment recruiting across North America. This role reports to the Associate Director, Talent Acquisition and is based in Toronto.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment processes for front‑office investment roles, from intake through offer and onboarding.
• Act as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers, supporting job scoping, description development, candidate assessment, and hiring decisions.
• Provide guidance on candidate profiles, market dynamics, and interview processes to improve hiring outcomes.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify high‑caliber and diverse talent across investment markets.
• Conduct proactive market mapping and direct sourcing of passive candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networks.
