+ The Transaction Solutions (product focused) role forms part of Aon Mergers & Acquisitions and Transaction Solutions (AMATS) business model.
+ Advisory, broking, delivery, development (including product awareness and training) and related functions across Transaction Solutions product (W&I, Tax, Contingency and related insurances) on M&A transactions and other client situations.
+ Geographic business focus is across the Aon Asia region.
+ Engagement of and ongoing network relationship management the AMATS eco-system including external distribution channels (lawyers, investment banks, accounting firms, private equity firms, fu...
