Senior Audit Manager - Personal and Business Banking

As a Senior Audit Manager within CIBC’s Internal Audit team, you’ll play a key role in delivering audit services across designated lines of business. Using your specialized expertise, you’ll conduct risk‑focused audits on a variety of business processes and operations, and advise senior leadership on the design, implementation, and effectiveness of internal controls. You’ll manage audit engagements at every stage—from planning and execution to reporting—while ensuring compliance with CIBC policies, procedures, standards, and relevant legislation. Additionally, you’ll identify internal control weaknesses and recommend opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness, support continuous monitoring activities, and advance internal audit practices.
