Senior Automation Technician

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical expert in industrial safety related to automation.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate industrial risks related to the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of automated equipment.
• Conduct on-site risk analyses, taking into account actual machine usage and operational behaviors.
• Support operational teams in managing changes that impact safety.
• Define client needs, project scope, and service offerings.
• Assign and review work of technicians, technical staff, and drafters assigned to the project, and evaluate the technical scope of the deliverables.
• Develop, maintain, and improve internal standards and best practices.
• Train and support operators, technicians, and supervisors on safety aspects related to automated systems.
