Join Bimbo Canada as a Senior Baking Product Specialist and support the commercialization of innovative bakery products. Collaborate with teams to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality baked goods across Ontario.
As the primary technical liaison under the Manager of Baking Technology and Commercialization, you will engage with bakery management and various departments to lead product launches and resolve technical challenges. This position requires travel between bakeries and a flexible work schedule to meet dynamic production timelines.
