Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Mechanical BIM Modeler / Coordinator to join our growing team and lead the delivery of high-quality BIM models on major projects across the UAE/GCC.

Work Location: Bengaluru (WFO)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor‘s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 7-15 years of BIM experience, with proven project delivery in the UAE/GCC.
• Strong technical expertise in HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting system.
• Solid understanding of construction methodologies and site coordination.
• Experience with UAE authority approvals is a strong advantage
