Senior Business Analyst: Process & Requirements Lead

SQDM in Bogotá is seeking a Business Analyst Level 3 to gather, document, and translate business needs into functional requirements. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience and strong communication skills to work with stakeholders, development teams, and QA.

Responsibilities include documenting requirements, preparing process diagrams, and ensuring alignment of solutions with business needs. Experience in the Insurance domain is preferred but not essential.
