Role Description

S.i. System's client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support the Contact Center Capability Feasibility Study in the transportation sector. RFC-- 
6 month contract - strong chance of extension - 37.5 hours/week - 2 days in the office starting April 1 - office in New Westminster
MUST HAVE:
Experience facilitating workshops and leading stakeholder discussions to gather and refine requirements.
Strong skills in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation, including functional and non-functional requirements.
Experience with process mapping, journey modeling, and translating business needs into use cases or user stories.
Ability to support scoping, prioritization, and alternatives/options analysis to inform solution design.
Experience performing cost–benefit analysis, ROM estimates, and identifying risks and dependencies.
