Role - Sr. Business Associates (Account Receivables)

Job Description -

1. Managing Customer Invoices and Billings for Brazil customers and Intercompany billing. Billing types will be both services and goods.
2. Monitoring and Collecting Payments within due dates for effective cash management
3. Regular mapping of cash receipt with the outstanding receivables/invoices
4. Maintaining internal stakeholders relationships with respective PMOs, Project Managers and Management.
5. Monthly/Qtrly/yearly closure withing given timelines
6. All AR related schedules preparation and shared with Reporting team, Tax team and MIS team in given timeline
7. Preparing various reports for management review like DSO, Revenue concentration etc.
8. Qtrly and Yearly Audit data to be shared with Auditors
