Sr. Business Systems Analysts serve as a primary interface between technology teams and business partners. They are responsible for understanding current and future processes, documenting business needs and requirements, and assisting with generating project business cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead, influence, and engage with business representatives to scope, define, and document insurance product, workflow, and data requirements.
• Participate in end‑to‑end requirements, design, implementation, testing, and production change initiatives for integration projects and system enhancements.
• Break down business requirements into manageable pieces delivered incrementally using BRDs, FRDs, and user stories for Agile framework projects.
