Senior Buyer

The Senior Buyer is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, forecast and purchasing raw materials, components, tooling, and services required to support extrusion manufacturing operations. This role ensures uninterrupted production through strategic supplier management, cost control, inventory optimization, and strong cross‑functional coordination with production, engineering, quality, and logistics teams.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure raw materials and services such as aluminum billets, resins, additives, packaging materials, dies, tooling, machining and maintenance supplies
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives to reduce costs and improve supplier performance.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, delivery schedules, payment terms, and service agreements with vendors.
• Maintain supplier agreements and ensure compliance with company purchasing policies.
