Senior Change Risk Specialist
Location: 483 Bay Street, Toronto (until late 2026), then 3 Robert Speck Parkway, Mississauga. Work schedule: hybrid.
Responsibilities
- Represent FCC Risk Management on business and technology projects.
- Analyze proposed changes, identify risk exposures, assess controls, and document required mitigations.
- Provide constructive challenges to ensure risks are accurately recognized and addressed.
- Work collaboratively with business partners to develop effective solutions and ensure timely implementation.
- Communicate risk implications to leaders, project teams, and control owners.
- Lead the administrative aspects of the Change Risk process, ensuring project risk and criticality ratings are accurate and appropriately challenged.
