Senior Civil / Structural Estimator (Fredericton)

About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the Civil / Structural Estimator (Senior) will prepare and coordinate cost estimates during the design phase.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil and structural scopes.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and design documents.
• Develop quantity take‑offs and cost breakdowns.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams.
• Identify risks, opportunities and cost drivers.
• Support value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.
• Participate in estimate reviews and validation processes.
• Maintain estimating databases and historical cost data.
• Coordinate with procurement and project controls teams.
• Assist in developing project budgets and forecasts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of estimating experience....
