Role Description

You will lead regional directors and field sales reps across the country, own the national commercial strategy, and be actively driving growth in the builder and developer channel. This is a hands-on, on-site role that requires real presence, real travel, and real accountability.

You have spent meaningful time selling into, or leading teams that sell into, commercial builders and developers. The product you sold matters less than the channel you know. Countertops, flooring, fixtures, cabinetry, windows, doors, HVAC, building materials of any kind. If you know how to win in the builder channel and how to build a team that does the same, we want to talk.
