Role Description
Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Assortment Planning, the Senior Consultant, Enterprise Assortment Planning will support all banners by providing strategic insights and recommendations to drive assortment strategy.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Insights & Recommendations – provide insights based on customer, market and business performance data and collaborate with banner merchandise planning functions and merchants.
- Framework Support – assist in refreshing the role and intent category management framework.
- Category Guardrails – support definition and validation of assortment guardrails (dimension, direction and ranges) based on research and insights from the Customer Strategy team.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration – work closely with each functional team to quantify and refine guardrails, ensuring customer needs and enterprise goals are aligned.
