Our client, a leading national law firm, is seeking a Senior Corporate Law Clerk (Team Lead) to join their Toronto office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced corporate law clerk who enjoys mentoring others, managing complex corporate matters, and contributing to the success of a growing Corporate Services team.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of corporate transactions and related documentation for Ontario and Federal corporations
• Prepare and review corporate records, resolutions, minute books, and transactional documents
• Manage complex corporate matters, including incorporations, reorganizations, amendments, amalgamations, dissolutions, and other corporate changes
