We are on the lookout for a (Senior) Legal Counsel to join the Glovo Legal Team
You will be based in Barcelona, Spain, which is the regional HQ and mother company for all Glovo entities, overseeing corporate matters for our subsidiaries across various countries.
Working closely with the Group Corporate team at Delivery Hero, you will ensure corporate governance, handles day-to-day corporate matters, and leads global restructurings and corporate optimization initiatives for the Glovo entities.
You will;
Serve as the primary points of contact for corporate legal matters across the Glovo’s group subsidiaries worldwide.
Lead and/or support capital increases-decreases, share transfers, restructurings, and other corporate lifecycle events.
