Senior Cost Manager

The Senior Cost Manager will be responsible for preparing accurate construction cost estimates throughout all project phases, including concept, schematic, design development, and construction documents.

This individual will perform quantity takeoffs, pricing, cost planning, and estimate preparation for both Core & Shell and Fit-Out projects.
