Take the lead on policy initiatives under the Governance and Compliance Office to enhance CIRO’s operational integrity.
Key Responsibilities: • Provide legal support on diverse governance matters • Oversee the review of critical contracts and policies • Supply guidance pertaining to CIRO’s AGM activities • Assist CIRO in meeting regulatory compliance requirements • Mentor and instruct external counsel as necessary
