General Purpose Of Role

Entry level lawyer providing legal support to the Americas region under frequent guidance and direction from senior legal team members. Performs research on assigned practice areas and summarizes findings to support decision making. Reviews, analyzes and summarizes documents and other materials. Collaborates closely with regional generalist lawyers, CoE teams, and cross-functional teams to manage legal risk and support business objectives. Assists in reviewing and negotiating customer contracts within the region. Handles routine legal matters in collaboration with the relevant CoE teams and escalates complex matters as appropriate. May assist in complex Projects during opportunity or execution stages under guidance, including advising on contractual risks, and supporting change management activities.
