About the role
As a key member of the Solution Assurance team, the Maestro Guardian Delivery Manager understands our customers’ most pressing business challenges and drives their success by addressing complex supply chain management challenges through Kinaxis Maestro deployments.
This role partners closely with customers and system integrators on partner‑led Maestro deployments, leveraging supply chain management and process engineering expertise, advanced analytics, and AI‑enabled tools to guide solution design, proactively mitigate risk, and accelerate value realization.
The Maestro Guardian Delivery Manager applies data‑driven decision frameworks and predictive insights to anticipate delivery risks, influence outcomes early, and ensure scalable, best‑practice solutions that drive measurable business impact.
