Role Overview

The Senior Director, Insurance Performance Management & Business Decision Support is a key member of the Insurance Finance leadership team, responsible for financial planning and analysis, management reporting, business case modeling and analysis, and providing support to the Insurance executive team.

What you will do

• Establish the mandate for a leading Performance Management & Business Decision Support function, working closely with peers across the organization to leverage best practices and lessons learned.
• Manage the hub of financial performance information for the Insurance business, providing insightful analysis and actionable information to business leaders, including the CEO, COO, Chief Digital & Data Officer and CFO of Insurance.
