Royal Bank of Canada is seeking an experienced Senior Director of Delivery to lead the execution of the Loyalty and Digital Technology program. This strategic leadership role is responsible for delivering multiple high-impact initiatives spanning multiple digital journeys and complex loyalty partnership ecosystems - enhancing client value and positioning RBC as a best-in-class in Loyalty and Digital technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Delivery Directors, Program Managers and Scrum Masters, fostering a high-performing delivery culture.
• Establish and maintain consistent, predictable project delivery across all program initiatives through the use of standardized delivery framework.
• Collaborate with Business and Product sponsors to clearly articulate yearly priorities at the appropriate level of detail to support accurate team sizing.
