What You’ll Do For Us
- Design the most effective Route to Market (RTM) model(s) to maximize growth for the full beverage portfolio in the North Region, ensuring scalable structures and commercial excellence across channels.
- Lead the negotiation and implementation of RTM models with the Mexico North bottler, collaborating closely with Customer & Commercial Leadership, Franchise Leaders, and Bottler senior teams.
- Drive multi‑stakeholder strategic projects, ensuring strong alignment, engagement, and accelerated execution across system partners.
- Develop comprehensive execution toolkits required for successful RTM deployment, including processes, tools, commercial levers, organizational and compensation structures, and sales force engagement programs.
