Senior Director Real Estate Investments

Overview

The Senior Director- Real Estate Investments (the “Senior Director”) is responsible for the sourcing and execution of property acquisitions, dispositions, and developments. Also required to assist with the execution of asset management strategies. Strong relationship building skills to deal with a variety of stakeholders including internal subject matter experts and seniors executives as well as external property owners, developers, joint venture partners, commercial real estate brokers, appraisers, legal and other consultants. Well-versed and experienced with valuations models, financial pro-forma analysis, third party environmental/structural/development/ appraisal/ and feasibility reports. Excellent presentation skills. The Senior Director will be responsible for the preparation of regular and deal specific reports and submissions to Chartwell’s senior executives, Investment Committee and Board of Directors.
