Role Description
We are looking for a Senior Executive, Key Account Management based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to join our marketplace team.
The primary focus in this role is to drive the overall growth of our key brands and sellers in Zalora.
You will work closely with the Regional Category Manager to scale, grow and build strategic partnerships with top sellers.
Responsibilities: Managing key sellers to drive long-term and short-term business goals while aligning with branding image.
To establish strong relationships by being the go-to person to support their business needs.
Aligning campaign objectives with sellers, and working closely with the internal team to integrate into ZALORA’s marketing calendar and run post-campaign analysis.
Monitor and analyze key metrics (NMV, conversion, AOV, traffic, availability) to identify trends and root causes; develop and execute corrective action plans.
