Qualification: MBA / Master’s degree in HR, International Business, Operations Management, Healthcare Management, or related field
Experience: Minimum 5–6 years of proven experience in partnership management, business development, or strategic alliances

Key Responsibilities

* Identify, pursue, and onboard strategic NHS (National Health Service) Trusts and Global NHS Recruitment Partners.
* Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with NHS Trusts and international recruitment partners.
* Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Doctor Migration teams to execute recruitment initiatives effectively.
* Draft and coordinate partnership agreements aligned with national and international recruitment and HR policies.
