Role Description
This role is considered Hybrid, which means the employee will work 2-3 days onsite at a Company designated location and occasionally from home.
Position Summary
Industrial Light & Magic Vancouver is ramping up production on the highly anticipated animated musical feature Oh, the Places You'll Go!, based on the beloved book by Dr. Seuss. Produced in collaboration with Warner Bros. Pictures Animation and Bad Robot for a scheduled 2028 theatrical release, the film is being helmed by directors Jon M. Chu (Wicked, Crazy Rich Asians) and Jill Culton (Abominable).
We are seeking a Senior Feature Animator to help shape the character performances, visual rhythm, and heart of this vibrant, globetrotting adventure. If you are passionate about character-driven storytelling, musicality in movement, and pushing the boundaries of stylized feature animation, this is an opportunity to join a foundational team on a massive scale project.
