Reporting to: Assistant Director‑General / Regional Representative (ADG/RR) for Latin America and the Caribbean

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes, projects, related products and services in line with the FAO Strategic Framework.
• Manage results‑based field programme management, implementation and coordination across the region.
• Support regional resource mobilization efforts and provide operational support and capacity building to budget holders, project formulators and operators.
• Act as Budget Holder for field project/programme implementation.
• Lead project cycle management, including forecasting, monitoring and reporting on results.
