Senior Field Service Representative

Location: Dartmouth, NS or Mount Pearl, NL.

Reporting to the Service Manager, the Senior Field Service Representative will build comprehensive knowledge across Kraken’s product line to provide support in the operation, maintenance and repair of Kraken products. The role is hybrid: approximately 50% field (offshore & nearshore) and 50% office/workshop.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Field Service Calls – lead field teams in scheduled and corrective maintenance activities.
• Product Demonstrations – deliver demonstrations, including internal initiatives and customer‑led events such as naval exercises.
• Operations Support – act as onsite/onboard SME for troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Customer Deliveries, System Integrations & Sea Acceptance Testing – handle system installations, commissioning, sea acceptance, onboarding and training.
