Role Description
Senior Financial Accountant – Glencore Sudbury Integrated Nickel Operations
Location: Falconbridge, Greater Sudbury, Ontario – 100% site-based.
This is a full-time, permanent unionized position.
Responsibilities
Overall cost control and financial reporting at the site.
Continuing development and maintenance of information systems emphasizing cost control.
Ensure accurate and complete financial reporting for the business unit or department in accordance with company policies, accepted accounting principles and on‑site needs.
Prepare the financial portion of the site annual budget.
Qualifications
Recognized accounting designation (CPA, CA, CMA, or CGA), or current enrollment in the CPA designation program with good standing, or meeting the requirements to enroll.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
