Senior Financial Analyst

Reporting to the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, the Senior Financial Analyst will provide strategic financial support to a highly professional business partnering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand key financial and operational performance drivers and integrate them consistently into business management reporting processes.
• Develop detailed financial models to evaluate the potential return on investment (ROI) and cost‑benefit analysis for projects.
• Work closely with the accounting and pricing teams to ensure accurate reporting.
• Support the development and refinement of appropriate efficiency metrics, dashboards, and financial/non‑financial KPIs to enable effective performance management.
• Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
• Prepare financial performance reporting for monthly leadership reviews.
