Position Overview
Choice Properties is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, Recoveries , to join our team! Reporting directly to the Manager, Property Accounting, the Senior Financial Analyst, Recoveries will play a key role in managing the full cycle of accounting for revenue generating properties within the portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Support integration and ongoing transformation of specialized recovery software with ERP system.
- Establish recovery models for tenants, based on review and interpretation of tenant lease checklist (all asset classes).
- Reconcile lease shortfall, ensuring property slippage is understood and can be explained.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders (Asset Management, Property Operations, Leasing, Accounting, and other departments) to identify analytical requirements that align with strategic goals.
