Role Description
What you’ll do:
Own recurring revenue reporting, including Month in Progress, sales deck inputs, LE submissions, scorecards, management reports and finance deck inputs.
Track in-month media spend and client budgets using Advendio/Salesforce, dashboards and media platform exports.
Prepare monthly LE and client/product spend breakdowns for Finance and Revenue Management at a product level.
Complete month-end actuals reporting by updating management report inputs, mapping client/product/category fields and resolving exceptions.
Maintain client budget actual reporting.
Analyze overspends and platform budget variances to support accurate accruals and Operations follow-up.
Reconcile financial, sales, and platform data to provide accurate monthly pacing against revenue targets.
Refresh and validate pivot tables, formulas, mappings, and manual adjustments; troubleshoot unmatched records and month-over-month changes.
