Senior HBM Layout Engineer (Analog/Blocks)

3050 Micron Semiconductor Mexico, S.de R.L. de C.V. is seeking a Layout Design Engineer for the HBM Team in Guadalajara, Mexico. This position will support intensive AI and high-performance computing applications through the design and delivery of high-bandwidth memory layouts. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in analog/custom layout design and a BE or MTech in Electronic/VLSI Engineering. Expertise in using Cadence VLE/VXL and Mentor Graphics Calibre DRC/LVS is required.
