Are you an HR professional who excels at the intersection of operational excellence and strategic employee relations? We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Generalist to act as a key operational leader for our Mexico and US teams.
For us as a company, the Senior HR Generalist is one of the main actors in the operation, actively involved in all phases of the employee life cycle from pre‑employment through post‑employment, and contributes meaningfully to achieving departmental and organizational objectives.
