The BFHR Manager (Business-Focused Human Resources Manager) serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning people strategies with organizational objectives to drive business performance, employee engagement, and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, translating business strategies into effective HR priorities and initiatives.
- Build strong partnerships with leadership to understand business needs and proactively develop HR solutions that enable organizational success.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on leadership effectiveness, team development, performance management, and complex employee relations issues.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of BFHRs to ensure consistent, high-quality HR support across functions or business units.
