Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on IP activities, including:
  • Analyzing notices from IP offices and recommending response options;
  • Preparing and delivering presentations to align strategy;
  • Drafting responses to notices from IP offices;
  • Providing clear instructions to external agents well in advance of deadlines.
• Act as interface between internal teams and external agents throughout the trademark filing, examination process, while monitoring and reporting on trademark usage. <...
