Position: Production Support - Software Development (Software Development Specialist, L3 Support) Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico

Resolve L2 and L3 production issues for Java applications, performing root‑cause analysis and providing detailed documentation.
Develop and implement code fixes, conduct rigorous testing, and apply corrective actions to restore services.
