Senior Journey Analyst (12-Month Contract)

Position Overview

Richardson Wealth is on a transformation journey and wants to develop and implement an industry-changing digital strategy that will enable the firm to deliver an unmatched, seamless digital experience for clients and advisors and find new ways to serve clients, integrate digital touchpoints and channels to improve operational efficiencies and attract the next generation of client, advisor and employee with flexible options for engagement.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Works in collaboration with the journey owner and the product owner to translate business concepts into easy-to-understand technical language
• Supports the journey owner in defining and documenting the optimized journeys
• Works in collaboration with the journey owner to organize and facilitate program increment planning (PI planning)
