Senior Key Account Manager (Sr. KAM)
Responsibilities
Develop and manage long‐term partnerships with assigned key accounts to drive sales and gross profit performance.
Coordinate the overall execution of the business plan, ensuring alignment with business strategy and market trends.
Serve as the primary BFM point of contact and orchestrate cross‐functional resources to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
Lead contract negotiations and develop account business plans that meet strategic objectives and respond to market changes.
Elaborate and present executive business summaries, including business results, market data, financial outcomes, and operational issues.
Collaborate with internal teams (KSH, finance, marketing, field sales) to identify and implement new business opportunities.
Track market trends, conduct market visits, and identify opportunities for business expansion.
