Senior Legal Counsel – Finland (Temporary Position)

Vivicta is looking for a qualified in‑house lawyer for a temporary full‑time replacement of a Senior Legal Counsel in Finland during maternity leave. If you can independently handle a broad range of legal matters in an international business environment, you will be offered exciting and challenging tasks with opportunities for professional development during this nine‑month assignment.

How we work

You will report directly to Vivicta’s Head of Commercial Legal and support operations in Finland and, when needed, the legal department in the Nordics and other countries where Vivicta operates. Your work will mainly involve reviewing and drafting agreements, participating in internal and external meetings and managing various legal issues in areas such as contract law, company law, public procurement and IT law.
