Senior Legal Counsel

We’re partnering with a highly regarded government organization to recruit a Legal Counsel/Senior Legal Counsel for a broad, high-impact lending and corporate role based in downtown Toronto. This opportunity offers exposure to complex financing transactions, M&A, divestitures, major infrastructure and AI‑related projects, working alongside a collaborative and well-respected legal team. Ideal candidates will bring experience in lending, finance, corporate/commercial or M&A matters, with additional exposure to energy, infrastructure, natural resources or major projects considered a strong asset.
