Senior Lending Compliance Specialist

Description Senior Lending Compliance Specialist is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of lending compliance across the credit union, both for consumer loans and for real estate loans. This role ensures adherence to applicable federal and state regulations, regulatory guidance, and industry best practices impacting lending activities. This role will also assist loan operations in the development, implementation, and maintenance of policies, procedures, and processes to minimize compliance risks, ensuring appropriate compliance risk oversight is in place for assigned business units and/or functions, and assisting with the implementation and execution of complex regulatory requirements that impact multiple systems, processes, and members.
