Role Description
Responsibilities:
Assisting the CEO/CFO in all aspects of their work
Acting on behalf of the directors and liaising with different Managers of the organization
Contacting with internal and external clients
Assisting in organizing and maintaining diaries, board pack preparation, minute taking, follow-up and debriefing
Handling incoming communication Arranging travels and business meetings
Supporting in creating reports and high quality presentations Requirements:
+5 years of relevant experience (working with board members)
University degree or academic ability
Fluency in English and French
Proficiency in MS Office (excellent level in PowerPoint, Excel and new technologies
Proactive actitute, stress resistance and high level of confidentiality
Excellent manners and presentation
