Role Description
Our utilities client is seeking a ServiceNow Asset Management Implementation SME to lead the implementation of ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM Pro) while enhancing Hardware Asset Management (HAM) processes and CMDB data quality within an enterprise IT environment (Hybrid, Edmonton preferred).
Overview:
The successful candidate will lead the design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow SAM Pro on an existing ServiceNow platform, enabling effective software lifecycle governance, license compliance, optimization, and automated asset management workflows. The role will also support process improvements and operational stabilization for an existing HAM implementation, ensuring strong alignment with IT Asset Management (ITAM) best practices and CMDB accuracy.
