Role Description

The Department

The job holder will support the organisation of the Trust's signature events and engagement initiatives to reinforce the Club and its Charities Trust's image, profile and thought leadership both locally and internationally, and gain stronger public profile and reputation as the biggest community benefactor in Hong Kong. He / She will collaborate with multiple divisions of the Club and multiple external stakeholders such as NGOs, academic partners, charity foundations and qovernment etc.

  • Support the planning and organisation of the Trust's signature events (e.g. Scholarship Dinner, Community Trophy Race Day and Philanthropy for Better Cities Forum)
  • Proactively coordinate with external agencies and internal units for all matters in relation to the management of charities events, including event production and logistics, guest invitation and management, publicity etc
