Role Description
Salary Upto - 7LPA or As Per Industry Standards Job Description: The CRM Head will manage the full client relationship lifecycle for our real estate development team, focusing on timely fund recovery, cashflow analysis, and creating a seamless client experience pre and post-sales. Key Responsibilities: - Fund Recovery: Oversee timely payment collection and manage outstanding balances. - Cash Flow Management: Monitor and analyze cashflows with projections for timely decision-making. - Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring smooth pre and post-sales engagement. - Client Experience: Enhance the customer journey and improve referral sales with proactive communication. - Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the CRM team for high performance and client satisfaction. Qualifications: - 5 years of experience in CRM, preferably in real estate. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Experience with CRM systems and financial tracking.
