Responsibilities

• Provide tax services to clients, including the growing public company division.
• Develop and apply a deep understanding of Canadian and international taxation concepts.
• Propose practical and innovative tax solutions, prepare and review tax reorganizations, and review returns.
• Conduct tax consulting activities such as advising on international expansion, inbound expansion into Canada, and tax controversy matters; prepare memorandums and conduct research on complex tax matters.
• Participate in business development initiatives and identify new opportunities with existing clients.
